Account Deletion – Ping

At Ping, you can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account results in the deletion or anonymization of associated data, including:

• phone number;

• first name;

• profile picture;

• profile information;

• data related to the use of Ping;

• certain technical data associated with the account.

As Ping conversations are temporary, they are automatically reset and deleted daily.

Some information may be temporarily retained when necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations;

• prevent abuse;

• ensure platform security;

• process reports or fraudulent activities.

How can you request account deletion?

You can delete your account:

From the Ping application
Profile → Delete my account → Delete

Requests submitted by email are processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
